Our philosophy in working with employer clients

Kamen Benefits to be an extension of our client’s human resources department, with the primary focus of acting
as an advocate on their behalf to resolve any administrative and/or claims issues as they arise. Once these plans are
up and running is where we shine.
We differentiate ourselves from our competition in that we feel it
is our job and critically important to communicate to the employees of our groups that we are working for them.
In addition to handling all the employers administrative issues, each employee knows that they can call/contact us for
any and all type of situations regarding their benefits package. These include, but are not limited to: claims disputes
and appeals, change in family status (marriage, birth, adoption, divorce), COBRA and case management after a serious diagnosis
of a disease or condition. This simple, yet effective strategy is why we have been so successful in developing
